We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@mogico.com.au so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
